QRP portable antenna for use with KX1 or KX3 tuners.

40M: 100 turns 1.5 PVC, lower wire 40", upper 18". 6" form.

20/30M: 103 turns 5/8 PVC, lower wire 18", upper 36". 6.5" form.

Mulit Band Direct Conversion, KD1JV design with QSL for the first 160 and 80 QSOs.

I used the rig on 160 in the Stew Perry event, December, 2015 and made 10 contacts at 5W and 100' indoor antenna and tuner

Yesterday, unattended. Had I been there to adjust for Doppler it would have been near 100%.

O'scope Kit

Completed this Chinese kit. It had some tiny surface mount resistors but in all not bad.

I plan to use it as a transmit envelop display. Dah, Dit, Dah shown

The Stew Perry 160M Distance Contest was last weekend. I managed 10 contacts in the Southwest and Midwest. 100' of wire inside the condo and out the 3rd story window.
